Moorgate Investment Partnership which was a joint venture between Capita Land and Grosvenor instructed Ashville to assist with this 75,000 sq ft mixed use building situated within the City of London.

The property which was entirely rebuilt incorporated a state of the art computerised building management system.  Ashville were responsible for the maintenance and control of the building throughout the marketing process. A lease and service charge structure was introduced to assist with the leasing of the building
