Acting on behalf of Capital & City, Ashville were instructed to deal with the comprehensive property management of a mixed used development situated on a prominent corner of Charlotte Street, London.

Summary:

Once instructed Ashville commenced the reorganisation of the existing management structure and developed close relationships with the restaurant/office and residential occupiers to increase the efficiency and operation of the premises. Particularly challenging was the reorganisation and implementation of a strategic planned maintenance programme to deal with the complex underground drainage facilities that existed within the development.

Ashville were able to significantly reduce the service charge for the development whilst increasing the provision of services to the occupational tenants.
