
Ashville was instructed by Rainbow Office Investments to strategically plan and manage a 200,000 sqft mixed use commercial property investment situated within the Covent Garden conservation area.
Following acquisition a comprehensive programme was undertaken to carry out essential repair and refurbishment works including the stone cleaning and careful restoration of the ornate listed terracotta stone elevations. The development and reconfiguration of the existing buildings created a successful mix of retail, office and leisure space.
Ashville continued to support and advise its Client to develop a comprehensive service charge strategy to ensure full recovery of property outgoings.
The development was subsequently fully leased to major organisations including Whitbread PLC, Dixon’s Stores Group, William Hill and De la Rue.
