Claridge House was constructed in the 1920’s and was acquired by our Clients in 2008.

The building comprises 37,000 sq ft of mixed use accommodation and is located within central Mayfair adjacent to the landmark Claridges Hotel. The Clients have retained Ashville to advise on the management of the property.

The building operates on a 24 hour basis and is manned by directly employed Ashville staff. A high emphasis is placed on customer care and occupiers are encouraged to make use of the “Hotel Style Concierge” service that functions within the building.

Ashville are working with the Client to develop a long term strategy to enhance investment returns.

The property is currently occupied by several high profile tenants including Sunseeker Yachts.
