HistoryAshville was established as a development and investment company specialising in commercial property in and around the South East and South West of England. The company later developed an in-house management team to provide a premium management service for the expanding portfolio. Upon their disposal, Ashville was often asked to continue to manage properties for third parties who recognised the importance of the high level of service offered. The Property Management, Development & Asset Management areas of the business have expanded resulting in a current portfolio of 1,400,000 sq ft under management with an annual rental of £16 million. All sectors are catered for including office, industrial, retail and residential. |
