Greyfriars is a landmark Bristol office building arranged over 14 floors and comprising 140,000 sq ft.

 

Ashville purchased the building on behalf of Rainbow Office Investments Ltd and devised and implemented a strategic approach to the building which included redesigning the common parts and constructing a new entrance. Once completed the building provided high quality office accommodation which used the latest energy efficient methods and when let set record levels for the area. Occupiers of the building included Sunlife, UBHT, Unilever and Bristol County Court. Ashville sold the investment on behalf of the landlord to Postel (Post Office Pension Fund who later became Hermes).
