Ashville planned and managed the acquisition and refurbishment of the derelict three storey Mill and Chapel building and created 20,000 sq ft of modern open plan office accommodation.

This comprehensive yet sympathetic refurbishment of a vacant Victorian listed Mill and Chapel complex successfully created high quality office accommodation suitable for the needs of modern businesses.

Once completed a full marketing campaign was carried out which resulted in all of the offices together with 5 industrial buildings being let. Ashville then acted for the landlord to sell Brimscombe Mill to British Waterways as a fully let investment and were retained by British Waterways to continue with the management of the estate.
