A new design and build car showroom project on behalf of Lex Land Rover within Ashville Business Park, which is a 15 acre development, located at Staverton, midway between Gloucester and Cheltenham.

Land Rover was seeking a freehold turn key building for a 15,000 sq ft car dealership and was attracted to a frontage plot. Working to a tight timescale in order that Land Rover could retain a dealership contract, Ashville designed a site layout and building which would maximise the site’s prominence for a showroom and sales area.  This was achieved whilst integrating a full service and supplies area to the rear. Planning permission was achieved for this roadside use despite the employment land allocation.
