Ashville was appointed by international publishing company, Nelson Thornes, to design and build a new freehold distribution warehouse.

Having identified Tewkesbury as their preferred location, Nelson Thornes now occupy a strategic site immediately adjacent to junction 9 of the M5. A design brief and full specification was provided for the high bay warehouse facility and constructed to meet Nelson Thornes’ exact requirements. The project was completed on time and to budget.
