Ashville Centre was Acquired in 2005 for new commercial development and an outline planning permission was immediately secured for B1, B2 and B8 employment.

The new park extends to 8.3 acres and the completion of Phase 1 provides 40,000 sq ft together with associated services and infrastructure.

We are pleased to now be working with a number of local occupiers and existing occupiers include G Plan, Westinghouse Brakes and Avon Rubber.
