White Building- Goes Beyond

White Building is currently undergoing works to improve the experience and working environment for its occupants.  Already a popular building with ample facilities, Ashville alongside the landlords are now working on the next phase of this central Southampton office centre.

White Building prides itself on a professional and personal service for its occupiers, providing working space that is beneficial for both companies and employees.  It already offers generous and comfortable business space along with break out zones, however the building is about to be see some substantial improvements.

As part of the works the common areas are getting a fresh look with the breakout areas nearly doubling in size.  An on-site deli and café is due to open early 2024 offering delicious foods and drinks as well as a space for tenants to meet and interact.

There will be more practical and design led break out spaces including high tables, meeting pods, comfy seating areas, outside seating and a re-designed reception that will all comfort cooled.

The works however aren’t just on the surface.  Part of the roof is being replaced and will house solar panels that generate green and renewable energy for the building. Additional works are also being undertaken to improve to the energy efficiency of the centre with an aim to secure a BREEAM Excellent accreditation.

There will be a complete overhaul to the exterior of parts of the centre, new meeting rooms and the offices will get a new modern look whilst providing high quality design led workspace.  These offices are also being fully fitted to allow tenants the ease of moving in without any upfront costs or works.
